As a guest faculty during Food, Water + Life residency led by Lucy and Jorge Orta, I guided a slow walk to practice attunement to the land/place/moment. As we walk, history is expressing itself through us and, at the same time, we are creating the future. How can we learn to listen to the history the land expresses by being in the present moment?
